If you see all the world's major events in one view, does it change your perspective?  If your great-great granddaughter reads this pillow in 2121, what will be her perspective?  What about 1000 years from now?  When we can see different perspectives, the world is changed, and as those perspectives are now largely digital, a simple pillow could be a surprising but effective way to unplug and ponder life, the universe, and everything.
